A Mount Croghan man was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with Drunkenness after refusing to leave a Jefferson store. 

Chesterfield County Deputy Graig Burns reported Ricky Joe Belk, 52, 1850 Landfill Road was asked to leave McCormick’s Grocery and Grill on Kirkley Road several times by the store clerk.
