“It was a tough weekend. We had to wait three and a half hours to play our first game on Saturday because of rain. It was good to win the first one. I was proud of how the guys hung in there after the long wait,” Coach Tim Sullivan said. “Overall it was a decent day. We didn’t do our best, but we played hard. Monday was our only game of the week and it was ugly. It’s good to have sometime off to rest.”
The Hawks have two home games this week. They will play Darlington on Wednesday and Hartsville on Thursday with both games starting at 5:30 p.m..
