Lady Eagles miss playoffs after two losses

The Central Lady Eagles suffered two region losses last week and failed to make the state playoffs which begin this week. Central finished the year with a region record of 2-8 and 8-10 overall.

The host Lady Warriors of Indian Land High School dealt Central a 62-49 setback last Tuesday, Feb. 7. The Warriors held a decisive height advantage to control both the offensive and defensive boards. Indian Land held a 27-14 lead at halftime and had little trouble to go on for the win.
