New restaurant opens in downtown Pageland

Ever since Karen Moreno was young she said she wanted to own her own restaurant. Her dream came true when she held the grand opening for the Four K Grill on Tuesday, Dec. 6 in downtown Pageland.
Moreno said the first week of business was surprisingly good.
“To have just opened we did better than a restaurant normally does. It started off slow but it eventually picked up,” she said. “There has been a morning crowd and a lunch crowd. People like what we have and like our service.”
