Stacy Eddins
CHESTERFIELD – Mrs. Stacy “Beth” Eddins, 51, died March 29, 2012 at her home. A funeral service was held April 2, 2012 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are her husband, Eugene Eddins of the home; son Anthony Phillips of the home; daughter Katlynn Eddins of the home; two grandchildren; brother Jimmy Jones of Cheraw; sisters Allison Freeman, Kathy Cooke and Cheryl Joplin, all of Cheraw, Vickie Hughes of Florence and Melinda  Greene of Seneca.
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield, was in charge of the arrangements.


Lewis Bragg
PAGELAND - Lewis “Roger” R. Bragg, 59, passed away on March 31, 2012 under the loving care of Hospice of Chesterfield County and his family at his home. He was born September 20, 1952 in Greenville. He was the son of the late P.C. and Amy Rogers Bragg.  Mr. Bragg was a graduate of Berea College in Berea, Ky. and was the Area Director for Rural Development for the USDA before his retirement.
He was treasurer at Pageland United Methodist Church, where he was an active member.
Surviving are his widow, Millie Arant Bragg of the home; a daughter and son-in- law, Amy Elizabeth Bragg Hicks and Michael Hicks of Pageland, son Andrew Millon Bragg of Pageland; two grandchildren, Saylor Elaine and Hunter Lewis Hicks and a brother,  Pete Dorn Bragg of Anderson .
A memorial service was held Monday, April 2, 2012 at Pageland United Methodist Church.

Angelia Motley
CHERAW –  Ms. Angelia Kay Carter Motley, 66, died March 29, 2012. A funeral service was held April 3, 2012 at Miller-Rives-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, Chesterfield.
Surviving are daughters, Robyn Motley of Cheraw and Sabrina Tucker of Salisbury, N.C.; stepdaughter Jean Allison Maxwell of Ruby and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Family request memorials be made to the SC American Diabetes Association, 7021 St. Andrews Rd. Kittrell Center Suite 108-B, Columbia, SC 29212.

Delainie Bazemore
PATRICK –Mrs. Delainie Bazemore, 19, died April 1, 2012. A funeral service was held April, 4, 2012 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Cross Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, Jerry Lee Truett of Patrick; daughter Serena Faith Davis of Cheraw; mother and stepfather Renae and William D. Gardner of Patrick; sister Myranda Williamson of Patrick, , stepsister Melissa G. Griggs of Columbia and grandparents Brooks and Helen Gardner of Chesterfield.

Christine Rorie
CHERAW – Mrs. Christine Bennett Rorie, died March 19, 2012 at her residence. A funeral service was held
March 24, 2012 at Pleasant Grove A.M.E. Zion Church
Cheraw with burial in the church cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, Joe Rorie, daughters Consandra Bennett, Kannapolis, N.C., Jakisa Rorie, Cheraw and Felicia Rorie, Cheraw; sons Shaquille Bennett, Donte´ Bennett and Lashane Bennet all of the home; two grandchildren; sisters Hattie Mae Farrington, Durham, N.C., Deborah Kay Bennett, Evelina Bennett, Janice L. Massey , Grace E. Lowery  all of Kannapolis, N.C. and

Ethel Ford
CHERAW – Mrs. Ethel Mae Pegues Ford, died March 24, 2012 at Chesterfield General Hospital. A funeral service was held March 31, 2012 at Pleasant Grove A.M.E. Zion Church in Cheraw with burial in the church cemetery.
Surviving are two grandsons, two great granddaughters, two great grandsons, two great great granddaughters and two great great grandsons.
Flemming Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.


Edwin Little
CHESTERFEILD – Mr. Edwin Little, died March 28, 2012 at the McLeod Regional Hospice House, Florence. A funeral service was held March 31, 2012 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Surviving are three children; Diane Buchanan andJames Little, Chesterfield and Gerald Little, Ruby; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; sister Annie Lee Bennett, Chesterfield and  brother Lonnie Hancock, Charlotte.
Flemming Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

 

Frank Blakeney
JEFFERSON – Mr. Frank “Monk” Blakeney, Jr died March 26, 2012. A funeral service was held March 31, 2012 at Rock Hill A.M.E. Zion Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Surviving are daughters, Octavia Davidson, Melinda Ervin and Geraldine Crooks all of Charlotte; sons Darrell Foust of Troutman, N.C., Ivan Robinson, Damion Robinson and Gerald Brisbane; brother James Blakeney of Charlotte; sisters Marie Johnson and Linda Sloan, both of Charlotte and Susie Balkeney of Atlanta; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Kings Funeral Home of Pageland was in charge of the arrangements.
