Red Cross of America Day

            The teachers at McBee Elementary School have been participating in a book study to examine how they can learn more about teaching writing, and how it directly relates to the reading curriculum.  In order for the students to see that their teachers, school staff members, community members, and their idols around the country continue to read and write throughout their lifetime, McBee Elementary School organized a school-wide reading event to bring reading and writing to life in each one of the classrooms for Read Across
