South Pointe Fellowship held its first annual Radical Soup Kitchen in downtown Pageland on Tuesday, March 22. The event took place at the church off-campus teen center, The Pointe, at 101 E. McGregor St. Members of the church have recently read the book “Radical” by David Platt. In the midst of children playing arcade games and fellow members serving food, Johnny Sims, one of the organizers of the event, expressed his interpretation of the book and the cause for the occasion.
