For the second time in less than a year, State Rep. Ted M. Vick of Chesterfield has been arrested in Columbia on a charge of driving under the influence.
The latest incident reportedly happened on the statehouse grounds Tuesday evening, May 14, when an officer saw Vick, 40, staggering as he went into a parking garage at the capitol.
The arrest report said the officer called to Vick to stop, but he continued into the garage, started his car and tried to leave.
The report said Vick was not driving the car straight and ran over a traffic cone in the garage.
