Daylan Robinson shares a laugh with Brian Broughton, CEO of Lynches River Electric Cooperative, after receiving his trophy to the Touchstone Energy Cooperative Bowl.
Robinson’s big hits noticed

When Daylan Robinson was six, his mother, Wendy, signed him up for recreation-league football.
He was the smallest player on the field, Wendy remembers.
“He wasn’t afraid, he loved to hit,” Wendy says.
At 6-foot-1 and 233-pounds, Robinson is no longer the smallest player on the field. His attitude is the same.
He loves to hit, especially the big hit.
“I want to hear the crowd go oooohhh!,” Robinson said.
